Breast Enlargement Exercise: Push-ups

Nowadays, women that feel dissatisfied with their breast size and are willing to improve it can resort to many different alternatives available in the cosmetic market. There are breast enlargement supplements, creams and lotions. Many women who have tried these methods have claimed that they are highly effective and that they have no side effects.

However, specialists agree on the fact that the effects of these products can be maximized when combined with breast enlargement exercises. Breast exercises will not help women to boost breast tissue growth but they will expand their chest in order to make their breasts look bigger.

The most used breast enlargement exercise is push-ups. To perform this exercise, a woman should lie face down on the floor and put her hands between six to twenty-four inches apart. It is important to indicate that putting the hands in different places, may change the muscle the woman is working. Her palms should be down and in contact with the floor. Her legs and body should be straight and her head in line with the spine. The woman has to press herself upwards, fully extending her elbows and supporting her lower body on her toes. If the woman raises herself slowly, she would maximize the workout. Then, she should lower down again without making contact to the floor. For those women with limited upper-body strength, it is better to perform this exercise on the knees rather than on the toes. The rest of the exercise is done in the same way.
